Every number on this site traces back to a primary source. Tax figures come from IRS revenue procedures and each state's own 2026 withholding publications; points and miles valuations are refreshed against the major published valuation surveys, with the retrieval date shown on every page. Nothing is estimated from memory, and each calculator explains its assumptions — what's modeled, what's simplified, and what's deliberately left out — directly on the page.

These are planning tools, not advice. They assume common defaults (single filer, standard deduction, no local taxes) so you can see the shape of a decision quickly; your own return will differ in the details.
